RER: The closest RER station is Luxembourg (Line B), opposite the hotel, exit Abbé de l'Epée, with a link to Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport and Villepinte exhibition centre.

Bus: the nearest bus stops are Boulevard Saint-Michel, (routes 38 and 82) and Rue Gay Lussac (routes 21 and 27).

By plane Orly: 20 km, 35 min by RER B then Orlyval or direct via Roissybus. Shuttles to Denfert-Rochereau. Roissy/Charles de Gaulle: 25 km, 35 min by RER B Euro Disney: 30 min by RER A

By train: Gare Montparnasse: 10 min by Bus 82 Gare du Nord: 10 min by RER B Gare de Lyon: 15 min by RER A

To validate your booking, your credit card will be charged for 10% of the cost of the accommodation (including tax) plus the booking fee indicated, if any.

Reservation by e-mail

You will pay for your stay at the hotel. If the hotel requires a deposit, it will be clearly mentioned on the overview page of the hotel. However, note that some hotels perform a pre-authorization check on your credit card as an extra guarantee. A pre–authorization is a validity check to reserve a certain amount that wouldguarantee the room. This amount may correspond to the price of one night or to the total costs of your reservation. Once the credit card has been validated, the reserved amount will be released

Changes

Reservation changes, name change, arrival/departure revisions, and cancellations, must be submitted to (0) 1 53 01 35 84 or mail to contactpws@pariswebservices.com

Paris Webservices has to be informed of any changes or cancellation by fax or E-mail at least 48 hours prior to your day of arrival. Please be aware that the first night will be charged both for lack of notification or for "no shows".

You confirmation e-mail will include a link allowing you to cancel your booking. You can also cancel a booking online by returning to the "Online booking" page and clicking "Cancel a booking". Then, simply follow the instructions onscreen.

If your booking includes a booking fee, please be advised that this cannot be reimbursed.

As soon as you realise you have to cancel, we advise you to do so as quickly as possible.
