Reservation by e-mail

You will pay for your stay at the hotel. If the hotel requires a deposit, it will be clearly mentioned on the overview page of the hotel. A pre–authorization is a validity check to reserve a certain amount that wouldguarantee the room. This amount may correspond to the price of one night or to the total costs of your reservation. Changes

Reservation changes, name change, arrival/departure revisions, and cancellations, must be submitted to (0) 1 53 01 35 84 or mail to contactpws@pariswebservices.com

Paris Webservices has to be informed of any changes or cancellation by fax or E-mail at least 48 hours prior to your day of arrival. Please be aware that the first night will be charged both for lack of notification or for "no shows".

You confirmation e-mail will include a link allowing you to cancel your booking. You can also cancel a booking online by returning to the "Online booking" page and clicking "Cancel a booking". Then, simply follow the instructions onscreen.

If your booking includes a booking fee, please be advised that this cannot be reimbursed.

As soon as you realise you have to cancel, we advise you to do so as quickly as possible.
